Meta Smart Glasses Training Guide
When new hires struggled to explain the Meta Smart Glasses, I created a clean, easy-to-use training guide that translated complex features into clear, associate-friendly language. The guide improved onboarding speed, increased team confidence, and supported more consistent customer conversations during the product rollout.

Love on Nivean’s Fifth
I wrote, designed, and developed a full otome-style visual novel focused on choice-based storytelling and player experience. The project combined narrative systems, custom-coded progress tracking, and UX-driven flow to guide players through branching paths and unlockable content while maintaining clarity and emotional pacing.
